American Eskimo Luver asked: My cat was a stray for 3 years of her life and doesn’t like other cats. Now she is 10 and we just got three new kittens. When we bring them near she will hiss at them, what should I do? I keep the kittens separate from her and I knew she didn’t like other cats before I got them, but an organization needed me to foster for them so I said yes. Right now they are kept in a small room, but are growing fast they will need more space, but my cat won’t let us. Please help.
What would happen if I left her alone with them? She barley gets to see them because she will hiss and walk away, How will she get used to them???

Just Wondering 16 asked: This cat was killed in Michigan. I know that the dog could potential be put down or labeled as a dangerous animal if it had: bit a human or killed another dog. There is nothing that holds water regarding the killing of a cat. Is my only right to take them to civil court and seek the market value of a calico cat?? It doesn’t seem right!

SALAMANDER asked: I just adopted a cat, but I can get her to stop using the bathroom on towels and clothes. She uses the litter box every once in the while but then she will stop. I have two other cats also but they use the litter box. I clean the litter box twice a day.

Waldo asked: I have a cat and a dog, and both of them are inside animals. I want to get a doggie door so the dog can go in and out of the backyard, but I don’t want the cat to be able to get out and hop over the fence. He has his claws, but he’s never really been outside before. Is there any way I can keep him from getting out of the backyard?

John S asked: They give me the vegetable waste for my rabbits. But often my cat comes in and steals food when the staff are not looking! How to stop her as I am sure the manager will be upset if he finds out. The restaurant is about a quarter of a mile from my house but my cat treats it now like a second home.

none asked: My cat is blind and indoor only, so I don’t see a need for rabies vaccines or others. I’ve had 3 cats who have developed cancerous tumors at injection sites and don’t want that for him, but the vets will not do it no matter how much I explain. If humans have a choice then why don’t we for our pets? Or do we?

richrabs asked: My cat has been sneezing blood lately, and is also oozing fluid from his left eye. I have consulted the local vet who has done blood tests proving nothing (the cat is healthy). Has anyone had a similar experiene? I would thoroughly appreciate any advice/experience.

K asked: It seems that my cat has been getting soft stools off and on for awhile now, but also gets normal ones too. So I guess i’m going to stick to one brand of premium wet food and stay away from store bought and human food treats. So since there are a ton of brands out there, what ones could you guys recommend that would be best for my kittie’s sensitive digestive system? By premium, I mean Innova, California Natural, etc.
I did take my cat to her vet, and she gave her medicine. But she told me to feed her soft food only.

Lisa C asked: I live on a small farm. It is nice to have a few cats for the barn. 2 of my cats stay off of the cars, and I have never had any problems with them. My sister-in-laws Aunt gave me a cat because she could not keep her anymore. Ever since I have cat tracks all over my car.. I can’t stand it any more.
