Her first litter she had 6 kittens, they were all born within 2 hours. The second litter that she had, one was born about 4pm that day. We knew she still had kittens in her, we were terrified to think that the rest were going to be still born and we were going to wait 24hours to see if she was going to "pop the rest out". The next day around 6pm we were getting really worried, when all of a sudden she started whining, to everyones surprise she just had given birth to another screaming, very much alive kitten! Not just one, but four more, all together 5 beautiful baby kittens! So yes, it is possible for a cat to give birth on two different days.
