My cat walks that way in the house all the time. Also why do cats back away from you, roll over on their back and make you come to them to greet them by scratching their neck and stomach? And what does it mean when a cat closes it’s eyes when you scratch their neck.
My cat is an indoor cat.

We are wanting to put a large playground/swingset in our back yard and we would like it to be surrounded by a large sandbox. However there are so many cats in the neighbourhood and having a child indgest cat poop can be very dangerous. I am afraid that having a large sand box is just inviting the cats to come and use is as a litterbox. Any suggestions in keeping the cats away from the sandbox?

My two cats are from the same litter and hadn’t ever been separated , they got along and could be in the same room together and not fight. Now if they even see each other they hiss. One cat is in the basement and one is upstairs , but I feel bad because the cat in the basement doesn’t get as much attention as the one in upstairs. I really want to bring the one from the basement upstairs , but I don’t want them to hurt each other.

I am taking care of a cat, but I do not enjoy the cat sleeping with me. Usually the cat wakes me up multiple times and it is driving me insane. Is it cruel to make the cat sleep in a different room (the cat’s previous owner let the cat sleep with them)?
I have noticed that the cat will cry if I put the cat in another room with a bed for him, but wouldn’t he get used to the new arrangement? He just wants to play all night, lol.

Also its old owner was very busy and didnt often use its name. the people at the vet call him whitie but thats not much better.

she is also getting these bloody spots on her ears and face.??
