When I do introduce the cats together, what behavior can I typically expect to see?
My current cat I have had for eight years. We had another cat before this one and he and my cat did not get along at all. She felt very threatened by our former cat, who played rough: running toward her to play was seen by her as threatening.

I don’t want to give up and have to find him another home because he is so loveable toward humans, but won’t leave our other cats alone at all and it is very upsetting to all. Do I mix them with the milk, or go straight to water? If you can, please tell me how to make this change. Thanks - Trying to be a good mother cat!
