Lift up the mattress, and see if you can get her out from there that way maybe she might come out while you are flipping the mattress over. Or you could try cat treats-use her favorite treats. Problem with that is, it doesnt sound like its gonna happen the nice way. So plan B.. if there's nothing else that can be done... scoot like you'd scoot under a car, and spray her with a spray bottle. Then right after... take an empty pepsican sealed with a few pennies and shake it. Or cut the lining completely out of the box spings so she wont' have any place to go. When you put her in the box ... PUT HER IN BUTT FIRST...not head first! This will eleminate the fear.
