(kitten) protect your kitten for the 1st few months (maybe when it's 2 mo.s old reintroduce it?) when your kitty gets a little older he/she will be old enough and bold enough to establish ground rules (coupla' swaps at the nose to pug should do the trick) you’ve introduced into your home a new life form that intrigues your established pet to be very inquisitive. and it’s a CAT!! The cat is still to small to take control. Just keep an eye on the dog or if your busy then tie him up. The will get along eventually. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, they keep each other company.
