Like take the cat with the normal weight and feed them, and while you give him time to eat you can put the overweight cat in your bedroom to play. Then when the cat with normal weight is done eating, switch. Or you can buy them toys to encourage more playing. The extra exercise will encourage weight loss in your overweight cat.
