How can i make my 2 of my kittens stop being aggressive?

Call Me Crazy asked:

I just got to more kittens in additions to my other 2 kittens. I noticed this morning when i fed them (6 in total and kept outside) 2 of the kittens sat on the food. So i poured another pile and one sat on that too. They are around 2-3 months old. The other 2 kittens are 2 months and the others are over a year. If the other 4 try to eat the 2 claw and bite at them. How can i make them stop being agressive?

kittens are naturaly protective and fight with other cats alot. my kitten kept bothering my adult cat but they grew out of it eventually.

well i neve had this problem but maybe you can seperate them. The agresive ones stay together and the other away from them and maybe if you got a window on a door maybe you put all cats together in 1 room and maybe they will turn friends.if they attack them well i cant help there.

    good luck!

it sounds like they are taking on feral cat characteristics b/c they live outside those two kitten must be the alpha cats.. not much u can do about that

Squirt them with a spray bottle or blow in their face. if that doesnt work, flick them in the ear or nose. If THAT doesnt work, pick them righ up off off the food and stick them in the bathroom, sort of like time-out.

    You can:
    1) Seperate them.
    2) Make it known to them that YOU are the alpha cat of the group.
    3) Give the mean ones to someone else.

say no in a gentle but firm voice. to hard will make them never eat. to gentle won’t stop them. i know i have 2 cats 3 dogs and a hedgehog. they all got along after i tried that.

Well it sounds like you have 2 alpha cats on your hands. The easiest thing to do would be to give them different dishes. If you want to go farther then that and actually train them you can sit with them with a bunch of treats in your hand and give each one a treat individualy. Do that a couple of times making sure that they don’t eat eachother’s treats, and they should at least calm down.
