How can I stop cats pooing in my garden?

Pranglewerry asked:

Not my cats - I don’t have any, and I don’t want to harm the cats. I quite like cats, but I hate their poo in my garden, where my five children play.
Thanks April - I’ll see if I can find some, and give it a go.

Plant cat nip in your neighbors garden when they’re not looking!! :)

…also, buy a bag of cat litter and pour it in the corner of your garden, somewhere out of the way, the cats will go there, isolate the incident. they won’t go everywhere, but mostly where litter is, use a low clay litter so it doesn’t turn into “cement”

Well, I don’t know if this will work but there is a product on the market called Animal Repellent, it’s a granular form and you spread it evenly in the areas you don’t want the animal to go to and when they smell it, they will leave. It is harmless to them, just has a bad smell to them that makes them leave.
