She doesn't stay on her bed because it is not her idea. And cats are nocturnal, so they spend time up at night. In fact, they sleep in short stints throughout the day and night. Giving her a window to look out at night often will keep her occupied by watching the goings on in the yard. For biting and scratching you, I assume you are not playing with her with your hands, otherwise she is thinking your hands are playthings. Probably the easiest way to train her not to bite or scratch is to simply hiss at her when she does it. Mother cats hiss at their kittens for training. The good news is that they grow up quickly and their all night activity fades. The bad news it won't happen by tomorrow. You can try playing with her to wear her out before you go to bed. That way you may fall into a deep enough sleep that your won't hear her. She's a baby kitten and so she is full of spazzy energy and very playful! Cats are not nocturnal but I find my 2 guys prefer to sleep during the day. So eventually i learned that if you hold the kitten on your chest close to your heart, he/she will sleep longer and fall asleep faster.
