How do I get older kittens to get along with a tiny baby kitten?

They are young so chances are they will be fine. Just introduce them slowly. Give them separate areas (litter boxes, sleeping spaces etc) till they get used to the mother. When I tried this, it works. My vet suggested putting the new one in an enclosed cage. Over time increase contact but never leave them alone together until you’re completely sure they get along.
