The male(s) responsible for the kittens are long gone. You must catch and remove all of them from your garage, they aren't going to leave on their own. The mother cat stays with her kittens until they are old enough to go out on their own... If you capture the mother cat, and the kittens are very small, they will probably die up in the rafters... You are best off trying to catch them all and taking them to your local Animal protection society. (Once you've got the mother cat the kittens will probably come down to where you have her, which will make it easier to catch them) The male doesn’t live with the female…
