Kittens need to be stimulated after feeding until they are 3 weeks of age. You can use a warm, moistened wash cloth or cotton ball and gently rub it on the anal area to encourage elimination. To get your kitten to potty just put the box beside them. They might still be too young but each time you take them out to go bring them to the box. But just set them in the litter box, and talk to them and say "this is where you go to the bathroom" They might not use it straight way after they eat, and for a while they will have accidents until they grasp the concept that the litter box is where they need to do their business.
