		<description>First you need to clean that area with bleach.  The cat continues to smell his urine and thinks it's OK to go there.  Once you get rid of the smell, put the box down there on top of the spot he used to go.  I had the same problem years ago and this is what I did and it worked.  The bleach kill all bacteria left by the urine</description>

		<description>I had the same exact problem!  Our cat would not use the pan in the laundry room, but would go on our carpet in the family room in the basement.  The vet told me to remove the pan from the basement and have at least 2 pans for your cats.  Some cats do not like sharing and will go other places.  Cats are also, typically, uneasy with basements and will go in other spots to show their dislike/uneasiness.  Once we moved the pans upstairs and shut the door, we never had another issue!</description>
