Several years ago I was adopted by a pregnant stray. It took her about three hours to birth five kittens.

I would rush your kitty to the vet if I were you.

According to my friend,It should take like 15-20 minutes, but if its taken this long and you can tell by the size of her stomach, then she may have had a miscarrage. Its almost like women. My friends mom had a miscarrage where they had to dig the body out of the stomach.Yes....I Know its disgusting.

You should be concerned... If she hasn't had another cat in 7 hours, either she is done, or she is having trouble. You should see the vet... If she can't have them in such a long time, it's not going to change just by letting her sit around and suffer.
