How many kittens will a one year old cat have?

kittens
Faye Dennis asked:

I had cat have atleast two kittens in our carport. I was wondering how many do they normally have?

I will be definitely getting her fixed this year.
First of all you ignorant crap, it’s not my cat. Its a stray that we’ve been watching for a couple of months. And it’s spelled, cruel not creul.

Defined by genetics and potency of sperm of father. Also by the number of times they do it within period of conception. I’ve had a cat who had a litter of one, but the female was borderline retarded(not a medical diagnosis). I’ve also had a cat with a stupid amount of kittens in her litter.

When we had cats, they would have anywhere from 2 - 8 kittens - I don’t think the age has anything to do with it.

Well my cat was under 1 when she had her first kittens which is why we eventually got her fixed. She had four. I think average is around 4-6.
    Hope that helps

it really varies there is no real answer but 2 in uncommon. I had 2 cats who had ktitens at a year, one had 5 and one had 6. They were a from a litter of 5 themselves. A lot of cats have 4. I hear 2-6 is normal.
