The link below has contact details for all cat rescue organisations in the Manchester area, and you will find Millstream Animal Shelter’s telephone number listed towards the bottom of the page. If you give them a call they can explain their opening times and make arrangements for you to view cats available for adoption.
According to the reviews on the web site below, they seem to be a reputable shelter which genuinely cares about the animals. They have a no-kill policy which means they look after them until they are found homes. So I think they would be very pleased to hear from anyone who can offer a good home to a cat.
