Considering your problem, if you have a shed or something, you could keep them in there for the winter. Don't forget to ensure some ventilation.
You might also want to consider getting/knitting them some 'sweaters' if you don't have a barn or something.(but it's quite risky to put a sweater- it might get caught on a branch or something)

Do they have somewhere outside they are able to shelter? Straw makes really good bedding material, because they can burrow into it to keep warm. Ordinary blankets aren't much good because they can only lay on top of them, but Mylar (emergency foil) blankets are cheap and they're a good way to keep them warm. This link has lots of information and advice on building winter shelters for cats which you might find helpful.

This link has info. on making your own wheat filled heat pads, which can be warmed up in either a microwave or conventional oven. These could be placed inside their shelters to add extra warmth.

Increasing the amount of food you give them will also help, because being hungry makes you feel the cold more. If you're feeding them wet food, you could always gently heat that in the microwave to warm it up a little. I don't know how cold it gets where you are, but this link has advice on ways to prevent their water dishes from freezing.

Hope this helps.

Do you have a shed or barn? Garage maybe? Anywhere they can go to get out of the direct cold is best. I grew up with barn cats, and they did okay in the winter. If you could, get ahold of some hay/straw, because it helps keep them warm. They can cuddle up in it with each other. Just a bed of straw inside someplace (not inside the house...but just someplace out of the cold). Is there somewhere you could maybe plug in a heating pad? Like in the garage *that you may or may not have :)* But really, as long as they can go somewhere to block the wet and wind, they will learn to keep themselves warm. If its possible to put their water someplace less likely to freeze over, that's always nice too. If not, that's fine. My cats water always froze over during the day/night, but they were okay with it. They just licked the ice or snow :) Not the greatest situation but it works.

As for treats and such, any pet store or wal-mart will carry cat treats. ...sounds weird but my cats LOVE homemade chicken soup :) I usually made a huge batch of it, obviously for me, and then give little bits to the babies. They go crazy for it. I don't know, however, if your cats would really care about having it or not. Treats are fine.

Don't worry too much about them. Cats are smart and they will figure out a way to stay warm. Sometimes they will curl up inside the underbelly of a car (so make sure parents are careful when they start their cars in the morning).
