How to stop kittens/cats from jumping on furniture?
I was just wondering different ways people out there taught their kittens or cats to stay off furniture. My sister just moved into a new apartment a few months ago and got a kitten last week. She has a brand new couch and the kitten won’t stop jumping on it. My sister is worried the kitten will rip it. Any ideas for her?

Take a little spray bottle of water and spray the kitten every time it jumps on the furniture. Cats don`t like water very much, so soon it will learn that it will get sprayed every time it jumps on furniture.

buying another sofa or shooting the kitten will solve the problem
Seriously, you can’t keep a cat off the sofa. it will Just keep getting there and mainly doing whatever it wants
