Someone suggested to me to clip my cats nails everytime he claws. However, I use SoftClaws which are plastic tips that you can get in clear at Petsmart. You can also get colors on there webpage. People comment on how silly he must feel be male with purple toenails.

Dont have her de-clawed!!! That would be like chopping off a childs fingertips to stop them biting their nails!! How cruel!

With my kitten I had the same problem. In certain instances you must treat the kitten/cat like you would a child. If she claws you, even by accident, you need to put her on the floor or away from you and abruptly walk away. She wont like this and will soon realise that she hurt you.

Remember, cats dont see us as humans, they see us as fellow cats. They can read our emotions. This works, trust me.

try a cat tree or scratching pole to encourage her to claw on cat friendly objects.
at a young age kittens lack the ability to retract their claws. but by allowing her to claw and giving her the resources to do so may aid in her development of such ability.
as she gets older if she has been trained not to claw things that aren't hers to do so you win. for now just be patient she just wants your attention and love. remember part of loving is positive reinforcement.

Declawing removes part of a cat's foot. They never really get over it and some live with constant pain. Please don't consider this an option. We trained our cats using our "serious" voices and the word "NO!" Every time we'd play with the cats and get hurt, we'd say NO! and stop playing. After awhile our cats would freeze if they heard us say no in this tone of voice. In the meantime, use claw clippers to prevent any accidents. They don't like it at first, but it really does work. Eventually they get used to it and some even look forward to it. My cats purr.

Get a scrathcing post and whenever they scratch someone or something, grab their paws (gently of course) and rub them against the scratching post, then they will learn to scratch the scratching post, not the items they are forbidden to scratch. Dont use a spray bottle. GOOD LUCK!!!

i'm not a kitten expert, but I think this is normal kitten behavior. Just keep it occupied with lots of toys to play with .

one thing to do is when she has her claws out, you gently squeeze her paw so that her claws retract. just keep doing this and she should learn.
