Cats and Kittens

My neighbor’s cat has been eating my plants for 3 years! I tell him to keep his cat away and he won’t….he is mean! Every year I buy new plants and the damn cat keeps chewing on them.

How can I keep the cat away? I am ready to shoot the damn thing with a BB Gun (it’s legal in wisconsin).

Do you have any suggestions? I tried moth balls and this cat repelling product that I got on e-bay, and nothing works!
I have a dog! What is that supposed to do? I don’t tie my dog up in the front yard and if I did it wouldn’t be all day everyday! So everyone saying “get a dog” ———you are stupid!

My cat was a stray for 3 years of her life and doesn’t like other cats. Now she is 10 and we just got three new kittens. When we bring them near she will hiss at them, what should I do? I keep the kittens separate from her and I knew she didn’t like other cats before I got them, but an organization needed me to foster for them so I said yes. Right now they are kept in a small room, but are growing fast they will need more space, but my cat won’t let us. Please help.
What would happen if I left her alone with them? She barley gets to see them because she will hiss and walk away, How will she get used to them???
