Why does my cat poop around the house when other cats come over?

When my sister comes home to visit from college, she brings her cat. Well i have 2 cats, and one is ok with him, but my other cat isnt! She growls at him and bats at him (but luckly none of them have claws). And sometimes she will poop and pee outside of the litterbox. This time she took a pee on the bed, and pooped on a rug!
