What do I do when my cat has accidentally received more than 1 flea treatment within a 30 day period?

Five days ago, I gave my cat a liquid flea treatment (the kind administered to the back of the neck). Today, while someone was cat-sitting for me, they informed me that they had also given my cat a flea treatment of the same kind. What should I do for my cat? I can’t reach a vet as it is after hours and all offices are closed. I can’t bathe the cat as she is deathly afraid of water and will attack. What can I do?

How do how cat sitting services place liability on the pet owner in the case of flea infestation?

I’m setting up a cat sitting service, and need information on:

1.) At least two other ways (apart from deposits and contracts) that cat sitting services place liability on the pet owner in the case that there is a flea infestation (of staff and premises) from a client’s cat.

2.) How much they charge the client for a deposit to cover possible flea infestation.
