I have four (4) indoor cats. They have lots of cat toys and scratching posts and I even permit them to scratch the furniture. (its ugly furniture anyway) But my main concern is that they are scratching on the door frame of my bedroom! It’s a wooden door frame and they are just tearing it up! Is there any way that I can get them to stop scratching at the frame? Help!

I have one of those “toy on a stick” cat toys–basically a feather on a string attached to the end of a stick. My 3 year old male just dragged it in here by the feather, dropped it at my feet and looked at me like “well?”

I’ve never seen a cat do this. We joke that he’s more like a dog, but this was a really “dog-like” behavior that I’ve never seen before.

Anyone else have cats that do this?
