Just have it available and they will start eating it when they make their minds up. They still should have the mother's milk replacement you get from PetsMart or the vet until 8 weeks, unless you get them their first shot to protect them from Feline Distemper(gastroenteritis) which can be fatal. Be sure to make the introduction slower so that they don't experience any digestive upsets. In a couple of weeks I would try tempting them with food. I've usually found the kittens start learning toilet habits about the same time. But it won't do any harm having a tray handy.
