Mix good smelling canned cat food with warm milk. Place it in a saucer. Put the saucer between you and the kittens. Lay flat on the ground so you don't intimidate them. Meow softly to them like a mama cat (I am not kidding). If they come up to eat - very slowly touch the top of their heads and try to work it to grab them by the back of the neck. Then place them in a carrier.

If you want them to come out, you might want to get a long string and toss it under the porch when the kittens are close start inching it out closer and closer until you get them out, have a dish of food waiting nearby and maybe someone can snatch one up.

First, don't chase them. They have to come to you. Ease their fear. Try getting them to trust you with food. Make eye contact with them with a cat-treat and and wait for the kittens to approach you. Sweet talk them. Keep one hand hidden. When they come to eat the food slowly move the other hand and gently pick them up. Be prepared for this process to take several minutes. P.S. the cage with food trick will likely attract wild animals and I don't recommend it.

same thing happened to me!!!!!
my cat went around the nahboir hood nocking cats up and what happened, i found a ton of kittens under ym porched, for some they came when i sat there with food in my hands, i sat really still and let them eat out of my hand, then picked them up and petted them, but the others were stubbern, like what your saying, what i did was i got a cat track, they sell them at some pet stores...it looks like a cage, you set food in it, when they go in the door closes, and its not like they can open it and get out, they get caught, and i think you need a cat track badly!!! Just go out and buy one, and when you ketch one then set it out again and ketch the other, at that age the kittens arent smart enough to not do something twice, even if they see it done to their friend!!!! i really recomend getting a cat trap, for little kittens like that, your gonna need it!!!!!!

Well a method i use sometimes requires 2 people. i know it sounds wierd but it works for me. u hold a kitten already caught and let it start to meow. the others will hear it and the 2nd person can sneek up on them. another (messy) way is to possiby crawl under the porch. i used to do it a lot :)

Don't "sneak up on them". Put the food down and sit by it till they come out to eat. Talk to them softly while they are eating. I would do that for a few days if they are safe under the porch for a while. Then you should be able to pick them up gently and not have them run from you.
