I can help the the eye. I got this treatment from the nurse at the vet and I have used it for 2 kittens and for two cats. For one cat it worked the first time but not the second but it is worth a try anyway. Dissolve salt in warm water and clean out the eye three times a day. I used cean cotton wool and I never dipped the used cotton wool back in the container so I could use it next time. Not sure what is wrong with the foot but since it is cracked there is the chance of it getting infected. I think the best thing to do is to call the vet and speak to the nurse there. That's what I usually do. That way you know if medical attention is needed or if it is nothing to worry about. ELLE

Yes, of course the flea collar can be toxic.

Take that family to the VET!!

Of course you know those things are not normal. So why would you even have to ask instead of getting them to the vet right away? Stop wasting time on the computer asking unqualified strangers and get them some help. They're miserable! D

Yes, please do remove that flea collar! It can be toxic to the kittens, although its probably not causing the problems with the eyes and feet. Often kittens can be affected by the herpes virus, causing an upper respiratory infection. An upper respiratory infection can include a fever, runny (even matted eyes), and a runny nose with sometimes sneezing. The infection, if that's what it is can be treated with some augmentin which you can get from your veterinarian. Even though you treat a herpes virus your cat may never completely get rid of it, and may have to be treated with antibiotics though out its life. Now the feet may be something completely different....the best advice i could give your is to get your kittens to your local vet for a physical exam and possibly some blood test! And as always you should have your kittens tested for feline aids and feline leukemia. Good luck with your kitten Hun! Stacia

Remove the flea collar--it can be toxic to the kittens.
They could have a respiratory infection, which often involves the eyes--you need to take them to the vet.
Also, they should have been dewormed by now. KimbeeJ
