Skittles asked: is there a brand name. I’ve looked at the major pet stores but all the toys seem to have cat nip in them.

My cats like the little mylar balls from Petsmart. I’ve found the best cat toys are things like cardboard boxes, milk jug rings, drinking straws, and rolled up socks. My cats would choose those over a store bought toy any day. ♥Pretty♥ ♥Kitty♥

Make them. Bottle tops are my cats favorite. Aluminum Foil balls infuriate them— I think it makes their teeth sting. My bootlaces get them in a frenzy. Bugs flying by make them crazy and pity the poor live mouse who sneaks in. Why no catnip? I grow a small field of it for them. A cat is very easy to entertain without spending money on them. They ignore storebought toys. tiberius

Some of the ones that I’ve bought (without catnip) are the little rabbit-furred mice or crinkle balls or ping pong balls. Ocimom
