I don't know. No offense, but that's funny that even your neighbor's cat does it to you. My cats don't usually sleep ON my face.. they like to sleep on my pillow above my head, though. Maybe you snore loudly and they're trying to quiet it or attack the noise or something. I really would like to know the answer to this question. hahaha… I don’t know.
