Every time my kitten smells the new kittens toys she hisses and growls at them and at the new kitty. But, she plays with the new kitten all the time. Why does she do this?

It took my kitten about 10 weeks to like playing with toys. It relates more with the new kitten as one of its own. They will like playing with the toys together once they get get older and into play mode.Depending on the toys, they might be a little intimidating because the kitten has no real self defense yet. ie. vibrating toys. My 14wk old ran for the hills with his vibrating and rattling toys jessica n
